Olivia Murdoch

Olivia is a Christchurch-based mortgage adviser who genuinely enjoys helping people navigate important financial decisions. She takes the stress and confusion out of the home loan process, providing clear, steady guidance so clients feel supported every step of the way.

Before entering mortgage advising, Olivia worked as a counsellor, shaping her people-first approach. She began her mortgage career with one of New Zealand’s leading advisers, building strong knowledge and efficient systems to achieve great outcomes for clients. She now works with first-home buyers, investors, and homeowners on new loans, refinances, top-ups, debt consolidation, and re-fixes.

Originally from Blenheim, Olivia has lived in Auckland and now calls Christchurch home, where she and her husband bought a property they are renovating. Outside work, she enjoys exploring, reading, playing music, and spending time with friends and family.
