While Wilhelmina never initially aspired to work in the insurance industry, she now wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. She works closely with an amazing group of business and personal clients, drawing on her background in economics, accounting, taxation, finance and law to help structure effective risk‑management plans.

At every stage of client work, Wilhelmina’s focus is on claims – ensuring there is sufficient financial support from both the insurer and ACC to plug gaps that cannot be self‑insured. She is also committed to ensuring funds are delivered to the right entity (whether an individual, family, business or trust) at the right time. Wilhelmina believes that when the end goal is clear, every decision can be assessed by how effectively it moves clients closer to a successful claim outcome.

Outside the office, Wilhelmina enjoys time at home with her family and two retired greyhounds, working on regenerating their two‑acre paddock with native plants, fruit trees and vegetable plots.
